The AASLI program creates involvement and leadership opportunities for
second semester African American freshman students and aids them in their
academic endeavors.
Each student is required to attend study hours, be
involved with a student organization, complete service hours, attend all AASLI programs, and design and implement a group educational project.
Throughout the experience, students are paired with a peer-coach to enhance
their development in academics, involvement, and leadership.
This program is done in partnership
with the Department of Multicultural Services and
National Pan-Hellenic
Council. |
